Simona’s Bistro just opened January 2023, and this is a spot you and your friends don’t want to miss. Walking in, you’re greeted with the smell of espresso grinding, gourmet French toast hot in the window, eclectic art at every turn, and upbeat music popping in the background.

Simona’s has an assortment of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. Not to mention, a plethora of different liquors, wines, and beers to choose from. The Nutella Crossiant is a crowd favorite, and it does not disappoint.

Not to mention, at every corner, you can’t help but notice all the eccentric artwork, mirrors, and funky lighting. Simona’s makes for an influencers dream when it comes to exclusive photo and backdrop opportunities.

Overall, the ambiance, service, crossiant, and coffee were superb. Myself and my husband, look forward to coming back for happy hour here soon!
